The house Biancaneve, located in Badia - San Leonardo, is surrounded by a large, rich and colourful garden and welcomes its guests in 2 comfortable apartments offering cosy spaces where the utmost attention is paid to every detail, with bright rooms furnished in alpine style. Wood is the dominant element both for the living area and the bedrooms and gives warmth to the rooms and a homely atmosphere. Both apartments are equipped with satellite TV, safe, free Wi-FI, kitchen separate from the other rooms and fully equipped with cutlery and crockery, fridge with freezer, oven and dishwasher. Our guests will also find bed, bath and kitchen linen at their disposal.

With its area of 45 square meters, the apartment is ideal for 2 or maximum 3 people. It is located on the ground floor and has a separate entrance, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with a French sofa bed. The outdoor area is equipped with table and bench and offers a panoramic view of the village of Badia.

The apartment is located on the second floor on an area of 75 square meters and can accommodate from 4 to 6 people. It consists of 2 large double bedrooms and a single room, two bathrooms with shower and hairdryer and a living area with fully equipped kitchen. A comfortable and sunny south facing balcony offers a panoramic view.

The prices are indicated per apartment, per day.
During the main tourist season the apartments are rented only from Saturday till Saturday.
All prices include: VAT, water, heating, electricity, outdoor private parking, final cleaning, bed linen with weekly change, WI-FI connection, ski/bike room.
To the indicated prices will be added the local tourist tax of EUR 2,30 per person (over 14 years old) per day.
The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.
The accommodation bill can be paid in cash for total amount up to € 3,000.00 by the day before departure.
In case of late arrival, early departure or smaller number of guests, the total price of the reservation will be billed.

Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.
Pets:
Upon prior agreement, we accept pets, provided that their owners never leave their pets alone in the apartment and undertake entire responsibility for any damage caused by their pets.
No smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments and in the common areas.

The apartments of the house Biancaneve, near the centre of Badia, are an ideal starting point for your perfect holiday in the Dolomites of Badia Valley. The village centre, with its snug streets and the church, is just around the corner and offers visitors typical restaurants and shops in a magical atmosphere.
In 15 minutes on foot you can reach the bus stop to visit the charming towns of Brunico and Corvara. For snow lovers, the ski lifts to the incredible slopes of Dolomiti Superski are 400 metres away, while in summer hikers will be spoilt for choice between rugged mountain paths and gentle walks through the woods and meadows right on their doorstep.
We will be happy to pick up our guests travelling by train and bus directly at the bus stop in Badia upon advanced notice.
